My name is Gary Maddison and since leaving the forces over 20 years ago I have studied hypnotherapy and have successfully helped many clients both online and in person break through challenges, achieve personal growth and gain freedom in their lives.
Some of the techniques that I use to assist my clients which I hold qualifications for include hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, imagery and self-talk. These techniques allow me to individualize my sessions to a client’s needs.
I have also made it my personal mission to help as many people as possible regardless of circumstances to change their for the better and to achieve this mission I set up and now run a very successful YouTube channel that provides free hypnotherapy sessions.
In 2012 I made it my personal mission to help as many people as possible change their life for the better using hypnosis by creating a YouTube channel dedicated to giving people regardless of background or circumstances access to free hypnotherapy.
The channel has grown rapidly since then and to date the eighty hypnotherapy sessions that are on there have been viewed over five million times.

I remember what it was like when I first qualified and started to see clients at my hypnotherapy practice for the first time. There is nothing worse than wanting to do your best for your client but feeling scared that you will mess up.
